Clinical Psychologist
Jessica works across a range of age groups including children, adolescents and families. Her areas of interest include: Disruptive Behaviours/Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Conduct Disorders, Behaviour Management and Parenting, Child and Adolescent Anxiety, Separation Anxiety, Phobias, Panic Disorder, Child and Adolescent Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Adolescent Stress and Study, Attachment Difficulties, and ADHD.
Jessica uses evidenced-based psychological therapies, including Behavioural Parent Training (BPT), Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). Jessica is a member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association and is registered to provide psychological services through Medicare. Jessica is available on Tuesdays and Fridays, offering services both in-person and via telehealth.
Jessica also provides a number of specialised assessments including:
- Educational Assessments: School aged children aged 5-18 years, and university students.
- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Assessments: Children 5-18 years.
- Cognitive Assessments/ Intelligence Quotient (IQ) Assessments: Children and Adults
