How can psychology help me?
Based on years of training and experience related to the interplay between biology, thought processes, emotions and social relationships and interactions, a Psychologist can work with you to identify and overcome the obstacles that inhibit you from leading a happy fulfilling life.
Together, in a confidential and supportive environment, you and your Psychologist will work to understand and resolve the problems that have been stopping you from living well.
Relationship Counselling
Have you ever been shown how to be in a successful relationship? Chances are, no-one has taught you the strategies that will work for you and so you have found yourself in a less than desirable situation. Your current relationship is the result of beliefs developed over a lifetime. If you want to change the quality of your relationship you need to understand what is causing you both distress and how those issues are impacting both of you.
Relationship counselling is not about assigning blame, finding fault, judgment or telling you what you should do. Relationship counselling is about helping you to understand each other better, identifying unhealthy patterns and to find solutions that work for you as individuals in your unique relationship.

The name Living Well was birthed from the idea that we all have an action potential towards thriving, no-one has to settle for a life they do not love and Living Well is in everyone’s reach, no matter the differences in pathways to get there!
We highly value the idea of marrying healing and recovery with ongoing growth and we do this by going beyond symptom management, as we help clients into a state of growth and flourishing, allowing them to live their best life. Mental health intervention is highly privileged work, sharing a person’s heart and mind space is sacred and we value it as such. It is therefore with gratitude in our hearts that we as clinicians do the work of counselling and psychology, noting each day, the privilege of working with people in their journey to reach their goals and live well.
