Tamryn is a registered psychologist who works with ages 13 plus and treats a range of presenting issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, autism, ADHD, body image difficulties, grief, loss and chronic health challenges. Tammy is also particularly skilled in assessment and diagnosis of neurodevelopmental disorders across all ages and has a special interest in supporting individuals in receiving informed and strengths-based interventions.

Tamryn has trained in a wide range of therapeutic modalities and often draws on several approaches in treatment to tailor intervention to the client’s needs and preferred manner of support. Her approach draws on principles of relational psychology, unconditional compassion, mindfulness and the mind-body connection to assist clients to meet their goals. Tammy’s clients most enjoy her genuine relatability, passion for their wellbeing and her down-to-earth approach.
