Melissa is a Registered Psychologist with over 17 years of experience working in Community Mental Health, NGO and private practice. She is a provider of psychological services through Medicare. Melissa has particular interest and experience in working with adults who present with depression (in particular post natal depression), anxiety , major life transitions, stress management, grief and trauma.
Melissa provides evidence based treatments that are tailored to the needs and goals of each client. She has experience in a range of treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and trauma focused therapies.
