Melinda is a Registered Psychologist who has completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours), and also holds a business degree.

Having previously founded and directed a national corporate training business and worked with clients to develop leadership skills and manage workplace stress and conflict, Melinda is passionate and innately curious about human behaviour and personal and professional development. Melinda has a strengths-based approach and believes all individuals hold within them the unique capacity to expand their perspective, heal, grow and ultimately enjoy a fulfilling and meaningful life.

Melinda works with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds for a range of presenting issues including trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship issues and core values/goal setting. Melinda concentrates on providing a safe, empathic space and provides evidence-based treatment interventions, such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy that are tailored to meet the goals of each client. Melinda is also an EMDR therapist in training.

Outside of work, Melinda loves spending time with family, including her twins and is a passionate animal lover and keen runner.
