Registered Psychologist

Joanna is a Registered Psychologist who has worked across private practice, adolescent mental health and educational settings. Joanna is passionate about working with adolescents and adults who present with a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, stress, poor self-esteem, self-harm, and trauma. In addition, Joanna has an interest in working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum.

Joanna employs evidence-based interventions that are tailored to the unique goals of each client. Interventions include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and Relaxation strategies, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy. She is an associate member of the Australian Psychological Society and is a provider of psychological services through Medicare. Joanna currently works in the clinic on Thursdays and Saturdays.
