Fotini is a Registered Psychologist with 15 years of experience working with both adults and adolescents. She treats clients from diverse cultural backgrounds for a range of presenting issues including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship issues, weight and body image issues, stress management, chronic pain management, grief and loss, coping with change and coping with stressful life events.

Fotini provides evidence-based treatment interventions, such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and these interventions are tailored to meet the goals of each adult or adolescent client. Her approach draws on principles of mindfulness and the mind-body connection to assist clients to develop skills to increase their personal resilience as well as their overall sense of happiness and well-being. Fotini has a strengths based approach and believes all individuals hold within them the unique capacity to expand their perspective, heal, grow and ultimately enjoy a fulfilling and meaningful life.

Fotini currently works on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, offering out of hours appointments on the weekend for clients who need greater appointment flexibility.
