Circle of Security Parenting Course Living Well Psychology Clinic Central Coast

Circle of Security Parenting Course now offered at Living Well Psychology Clinic Central Coast

We are so excited to be offering this course to parents as of January 2023.

At times all parents can feel lost, or without insight as to what their child may need when they are overwhelmed, melting down or generally not coping in any given moment.

Imagine being able to make sense of these moments and being equipped to meet your child’s need.  This is what The Circle of Security Parenting™ program provides.  Based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships are created, supported and strengthened, this course covers:

• Understanding your child’s emotional world and behaviour

• Supporting your child’s ability to successfully manage emotions, even the really big ones!

• Enhancing your child’s self esteem

• Honouring your innate wisdom and desire for your child to be secure and in healthy relationship with you

The course is facilitated by Dr. Cynthia Dewar, Psychologist, and has been much anticipated!  For more information, and to secure your place, please ring our team on 02 4308 6603 or email Contact@livingwellpsych.com.au

We look forward to hosting you!
